Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked ham in 1/4-inch dice
    1 c. Swiss cheese in 1/4-inch dice
    9-inch pastry shell
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream or half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Sprinkle ham and cheese in pie shell. Beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper and basil until mixed but not frothy.
    Pour over ham and cheese.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
