Holiday Mocha Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, butter and salt in a Dutch oven.
    Cook over medium heat; stir occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the next 6 ingredients, stirring until marshmallows melt.
    Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cool; cut into squares.
    Yields 3 dozen.
