English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. small English peas
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 c. medium white sauce
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Alternate layers of ingredients except white sauce in casserole dish.
    Pour white sauce over entire casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
