Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Place peaches in oblong dish (10 x 6-inch).
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Sift dry ingredients together, then combine with egg, mixing until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over peaches.
    Cover with margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until crusty and brown.
