Cascaron - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mochiko
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. coconut milk
    1 c. sesame seed
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Mix mochiko,
    sugar
    and coconut together.
    Add coconut milk; mix until
    just
    moistened.
    Form dough into 1-inch size balls; roll in sesame seed.
    Shape will be oval.
    Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown.
