Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese or 12 oz. American cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped, or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly.
    Cut cheese into small cubes.
    Mix together all ingredients thoroughly.
    Spoon into a greased pie plate.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until set (slightly golden brown around edges).
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
