Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots; California blend)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables in boiling water just to separate. Combine with mushrooms, water chestnuts, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, top with potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
