Instant Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant rice
    2 c. boiling water
    2 to 4 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    4 c. cooked turkey pieces
    10 oz. pkg. or 2 c. frozen peas
    1 can cheese soup
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
    2 c. crushed cheese crackers
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix rice, boiling water and instant minced onion.
    Cover bottom of greased 14 x 9-inch casserole with rice mixture.
    Place cooked turkey pieces over rice.
    Sprinkle frozen peas over turkey. Combine soups and milk; pour over casserole.
    Combine crushed crackers with butter; pour over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
