Creamy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, chopped chicken
3 c. hot, cooked wild rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 hard-cooked eggs
2 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Put into greased 3-quart casserole.
Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, tossed with 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
Turkey may be substituted for chicken.
