Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. Sweet 10*
2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Combine water and raisins and boil until water is absorbed. Combine other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Add raisins and pecans.
Bake in 12 x 7-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
