Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 lb. day old bread
    8 oz. light cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. maple syrup
Preparation
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread half of bread cubes into greased pan.
    Cut cream cheese into cubes and sprinkle half over bread.
    Repeat layering with bread and cream cheese.
    Whip eggs, milk and maple syrup and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
