Potato Dough Baked Goods - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 qt. 2% low-fat milk, scalded
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
18 c. flour
Preparation

For doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, dinner rolls and coffee cake.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Mix milk, potatoes, butter and sugar in large bowl.
Let cool, then add yeast mixture and 6 cups flour.
Let stand until mixture foams up (about 20 minutes). Add eggs, salt and additional 11 to 12 cups flour.
Dough should be soft.
Turn out on floured board and knead until satiny.
Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.
Form as desired. Serves 100.
