Lemon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 shoulder pork chops
    4 slices lemon
    1 onion, separated into rings
    3/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Trim chops and brown on both sides.
    Place in pressure cooker or covered casserole dish.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Top with lemon slices and onion rings.
    Pour over catsup and water.
    Cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes at 10 pounds or in covered casserole 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Potatoes may be quartered or halved and cooked with the pork chops if desired.
