Indian Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. cold instant coffee
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add cocoa and mix.
Add coffee, mix slowly.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Beat 1 minute.
Add boiling water.
Mix slowly until well blended.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cool, frost.
Use 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 round cake pans.
