Moist Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. grated carrots
    3 eggs
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sugar and beat well. Add pineapple, carrots, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add nuts. Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour or until done tested with a dry toothpick.
