Creamy Tater Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. defatted chicken broth
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped celery, including leaves
2 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients, except milk. Cook until vegetables are very tender, about 10 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Transfer to blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in milk.
