Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. meat strips (6 to 8-inches long)
    3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Accent or seasoned salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. hot peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Mix with meat.
    Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
    Drain in colander and take out peppers. Lay meat on oven racks to dry.
    Set oven at 150\u00b0.
    Leave door open a crack and leave meat in oven 6 hours.
    Turn oven off and leave meat in for another 6 hours.
