Chicken Stir-Fry With Soy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 whole boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. broccoli, cut up
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1 carrot, thin sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
    Stir-fry chicken in oil until cooked through.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry 4 minutes.
    Add soy sauce mixture, cook and stir until slightly thickened.
    Serve with rice.
