Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck pears
    8 bell peppers (red and green)
    2 hot peppers
    6 medium onions
    4 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind pears (unpeeled), peppers and onions coarsely; drain. Add other ingredients.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Put in pint jars and seal.
    Cook jars for 10 minutes to be sure they are sealed.
