Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and oil. Stir until moistened; do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, undrained pineapple, 1 cup pecans and bananas.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool. Remove from pans and frost.
