2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
4 to 6 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour; mix.
Sprinkle with water.
Roll on floured board or wax paper.
Place over pie plate.
Crimp edges and cut off excess dough.
