Pork Chops And Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops
    flour
    flavored bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 large can peach halves
    1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    Lightly flour chops.
    Dip chops in beaten egg and milk mixture, then dip in bread crumbs.
    Heat oil in frying pan and brown chops lightly.
    Place browned chops in Pyrex baking dish.
