Snickers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Melt chips and vegetable oil in 2-quart pan on the stove. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with foil.
    Put in half of the chocolate mixture and refrigerate until hard.
