Banana Pudding Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold milk
    2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and sour cream.
    Whisk until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in bananas.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart serving bowl.
    Refrigerate and cover.
