Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. haddock, cod or perch fillets
    1 medium onion, cut in small pieces
    2 or more potatoes, cut in small pieces
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pt. or more regular milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover
    fish
    with water and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Remove fish.
    In the same water, cook onion and potatoes until onion
    is very soft.
    Return fish to mixture and add remaining ingredients. Mixture should not boil after addition of milk.
