Mom'S Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Scald the milk in a double boiler.
    In a mixing bowl, mix cocoa, flour, and sugar.
    Stir well.
    Add egg and 1/2 cup of the scalded milk.
    Add this mixture to scalded milk in the double boiler.
    Cook and stir constantly until thick.
    Bring to a boil. Cool.
    Serves 4.
    This recipe is easily doubled.
