Mamaw'S Marinated Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 head cauliflower, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 or 3 stalks broccoli
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cook carrots until crisp, yet tender (about 5 minutes) in a small amount of boiling water; drain.
    Combine carrots, cauliflower, onion, green pepper and broccoli; set aside.
