Vegetables And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium squash, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. beef tips
    2 medium bell peppers, cut in large pieces
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet and set aside. Saute vegetables in pan meat was cooked in.
    Add meat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice as is.
