Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, baked
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut hot potatoes in half.
    Scoop out pulp, reserving shells. In large bowl, using electric mixer, beat potatoes and butter until creamy.
    Gradually add in milk; stir in onion, salt and pepper. Scoop mixture into reserved shells and arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
