Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Peel and cut up potatoes.
Cook and mash.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Beat thoroughly.
Cool and refrigerate.
Keeps up to 2 weeks.
