Hamburger-Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 slices bread, toasted and cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. diced American cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
    Add the beef; cook until beef is done.
    Layer squash, veggies, meat and bread cubes in a greased casserole.
    Season each layer with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Top with the cheese; pour tomato sauce over cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
