Potatoes Plus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
1 small onion, diced
3/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. margarine
5 cheese slices
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
Heat milk, margarine, cheese slices and soup together until cheese and margarine are melted.
Drain potatoes and place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle onion over and pour soup mixture over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
