Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 small can evaporated milk
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix with cake mix and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Press 1/2 of mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Pour chocolate chips over hot brownies.
    They'll melt and then can be spread.
    Put caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in micro-safe bowl.
    Microwave on Medium or 3 minutes.
    Stir. Microwave 3 minutes more on Medium.
    Stir (should be smooth).
    Pour over chocolate chip layer.
