Garden Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. radish slices
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine macaroni, cucumber, green pepper, radish slices, carrots and green onion; mix well.
    In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese and remaining ingredients, mixing until well blended.
    Add to macaroni mixture; mix lightly.
    Spoon and gently press into a lightly oiled 6 1/2-cup ring mold; chill several hours or overnight.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
    (Can be served in regular bowl.)
