Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can red salmon, drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. water from salmon
Preparation

Mix salmon with flour and water.
Add baking powder to beaten egg.
This mixture will be frothy.
Add immediately to salmon mixture and drop by tablespoon into hot oil.
Cook until golden brown.
