Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 broiler-fryer chicken (about 3 lb.), cut up
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Combine rice, milk, pimento, celery soup and mushroom soup. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk.
    Then roll in onion soup mix.
    Arrange chicken pieces over rice mixture.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
