Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck (1/4 bushel) pears
    1 doz. onions (medium)
    1 doz. bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 doz. small, hot peppers or to taste
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Prepare pears (peel and core) and vegetables.
    Grind in food chopper.
    Combine other ingredients; cook for 20 minutes.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
