Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1/2) chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can soup (either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom)
1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted oleo
poppy seed
Preparation

Cook and dice chicken.
Place in a greased casserole.
Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken and cover with crushed crackers.
Drizzle the melted oleo over the top and sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
