Orange Coconut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) box vanilla wafers
    3/4 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. confectioners sugar (3/4 c. plus 1/4)
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation
    Put crushed wafers into food processor.
    Add coconut and 3/4 cup sugar.
    Blend.
    Add orange concentrate and blend again.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Roll balls in remaining sugar.
    Freeze if not using immediately or refrigerate until needed.
