Shrimp Saute Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced
    3 Tbsp. onion, diced
    10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    1/4 c. Pernod
    1 c. Hollandaise Sauce
    1/4 c. San Francisco seafood breadcrumbs
Preparation
    In a large skillet, fry the bacon rendering the fat.
    Add the onions and briskly saute.
    Add spinach, anchovy paste, Tabasco, heavy cream and breadcrumbs.
    Cook over moderately high flame until mixture is thick.
    Season with salt and pepper and Pernod.
