Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    salt/pepper to taste
    2 tbsp flour
Preparation
    8 medium potatoes peeled and sliced thin.
    Put into greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 2 tbsp flour.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Pour 2 small cartons whipping cream over potatoes.
    If this doesn't cover them add Half and half to cover.
    Bake 350\u00b0 1 hour or until done and thick.
