Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 tsp. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    except
    for
    egg whites.
    Beat egg whites very stiff,
    fold
    into
    ingredients.
    Grease and flour tube pan and bake at
    350\u00b0
    for 10 minutes and then bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
