Citrus Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. unsalted butter
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
4 Tbsp. grated orange zest
1/4 tsp. orange extract
1 c. flour
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped, toasted walnuts or pecans
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, confectioners sugar, zest and extract until light and fluffy.
Combine the flour, cornstarch and salt.
Gradually stir into the butter mixture.
Thoroughly mix in the nuts, then roll the dough in waxed paper to form a log.
Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours.
