Cranberry Beef Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1/4 c. milk or tomato juice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Pour milk or juice over bread.
    Mix in beef.
    Form into 12 balls.
    Brown on all sides in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Drain off fat.
    Whip cranberry sauce and vinegar with a fork.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles, or in center of rice or noodle ring.
