Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk and yeast (dissolved in water).
    Mix with spoon until all flour is moistened. Cover and set in refrigerator until ready to use, then take out as much as you need.
    Roll out on floured board 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.
    Cut out and bake 12 minutes.
