Skillet Hot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coat a 6-inch skillet with nonstick vegetable spray and heat. Add all ingredients and cook 10 minutes over medium heat or until hot through.
    Serve.
