Squash Stew(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1 lb. zucchini
    1 lb. patty pan squash
    1 lb. green beans
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 c. sliced onions
    3 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. chopped hot peppers
    2 c. peeled, seeded, roughly chopped tomatoes
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    2 c. freshly cut corn kernels
Preparation
    Optional:
    Sweet peppers, beef, rutabaga, beans, herbs, olives.
