Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1 pod bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. creamed corn
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. chopped cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into iron skillet.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 450\u00b0.
