Sherried Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. chicken livers
    2/3 c. sherry
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Cut livers in bite size pieces.
    Marinate livers in sherry, Worcestershire sauce and mustard for one hour.
    Saute garlic in butter.
    Dredge livers with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Saute in butter for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
