Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix or pudding included in cake mix
2 c. (1 1/2 pkg.) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. rum
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Add 1 1/3 cups coconut after beating.
Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
